Something small.

Take some time, even just 10 or 15 minutes, to go outside and sit on the ground crosslegged (anyway that feels comfortable to you as long as your back is straight). Whilst sitting there notice the mind begin to tell you some sort of story, don’t try to change this just notice it happen. As you begin to notice this, tell your mind something along the lines of ‘Go make as much noise as you want, go sing a song, go compose a whole fucking symphony if you like! but I will stay here’.
Notice as you sit here your breathing slows down and all that seems to be left in your awareness is… That which is aware. That’s all you need right now.
